Hi. I'm Karen. I am a technical writer for an insurance company in my hometown. I previously worked at a daily newspaper as a reporter/editor/designer for about three years.
I spend most of my free time reading and playing video games. I like to get outside for walks and bike riding, and I'm interested in vegetarian cooking. I also spend a lot of time hanging out with my cats, Jinx and Charm.
I can be hard to get to know because I can be flaky and mercurial. I'm mostly a loner who isn't interested in a lot of social stuff, but occasionally I want to get out and about with people. I get in the dumps at times, and don't open my mouth for days on end. You must not think I am sulky when I do that. Just let me alone, and I'll soon be right.
